High demand for discounted Moto X brings site down

Motorola’s discounted Moto X is apparently in high demand. So high, in fact, that the handset maker has seen its website taken down due to high traffic. Swing by their website today to pick up the Moto X and you may run into a little pop-up advising to check back later. In the interim, be sure to follow Motorola on Twitter for up-to-the-minute updates.

What’s the big deal, some of you are asking? Motorola has shaved $150 off the cost of the Moto X for Cyber Monday, including the Developer Editions and unlocked models.
