Revol Wireless hangs up on industry; Boost Mobile steps in for customers

Revol Wireless is going out of business effective January 16, 2014. If you are a current subscriber, however, you may still be in luck. Select Revol stores will be turned into Boost Mobile stores and the new carrier will have something to help the transition. Starting today and running through December 24, you can head to a Boost Mobile store and pick up a free phone and a free month of service. You will also, of course, get to keep your current phone number.

For more information, head to Revol’s website. You’ll be able to check to see if your local store has become a Boost Mobile location.
