Samsung: 11 million Galaxy S5 sales in first month

As if you might have expected anything else, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S5 is off to a strong start. According to Co-CEO JK Shin, the new flagship smartphone is selling better than any of its predecessors. How well is it doing? In the first month since it was released the Samsung Galaxy S5 has been sold 11 million times. Thanks to an ever-increasing presence (125+ countries), the handset also benefits from standalone retail stores and market saturation.

Are you among the 11 million buyers? Do you plan to join the club or is there something else you’ve got your eye on?
