Sprint will “Take the Edge Off” August 19

We just received an invitation to a press event for Sprint which is to be held on August 19. As to what we might expect remain unclear however the email could provide a clue. The invitation says to “Take the Edge Off” with Sprint so we’re assuming it’s related to its network. Then again, they just held one a few weeks back; what could be newsworthy enough to merit another event?

Clicking the invitation we’re handed off to a registration page where we find a similar image named “Sprint_Ranger_Registration.jpg”. Wonder what Ranger means…

Anyone have any guesses?
