Benchmarks suggest Moto G successor to have larger display, better camera

Recently discovered benchmarks suggest Motorola’s next-gen Moto G will have a bigger display and improved cameras. Bumped up from the current model’s 4.5-inch screen, the successor could offer 5-inches of real estate. The rear camera figures to jump from 5-megapixels to 8-megapixels while the front-facing shooter goes to 2-megapixels.

Powered by Android 4.4.4 KitKat, the smartphone will likely feature the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB RAM combo. It’s not clear whether this is a 3G only model but we’re guessing that’s the case.
