Dropbox’s Carousel gallery app updated with new features and Android L support
Since its launch in April, Dropbox’s Carousel gallery app has been downloaded over 100,000 times from the Google Play Store. The app is a solid replacement for your stock gallery app, no matter whether we’re talking vanilla Android app or one of the gallery apps that come with skinned versions of Android. The app received its first update recently and immediately after that a small bug-fix update, so let’s see what’s new.
- Quickly hide or delete groups of photos and videos in your Carousel
- Automatic backup of photos and videos is optional
- Recipients don’t need Carousel to view shared photos and videos
- Carousel works on Android L
The changes listed above were a part of version 1.1.4 update, the 1.1.5 update brought bug fixes and minor improvements soon after the 1.1.4 update. Have you tried the Carousel app yet?
