First ROMs for the NVIDIA Shield Tablet get released

Not only has the NVIDIA tablet received a significant update recently, but now the first custom ROMs are beginning to surface.

Members over at XDA have not not only released an unofficial port of ClockworkMod recovery for the device, but now two source-built ROMs have been made available for the device, which offer various CM-based features and optimisations.

If you’re an NVIDIA Shield Tablet owner and like to be on the cutting edge of development, then head on over to XDA, root your device, get CWM recovery installed, and install one of the custom ROMs.
