Motorola ‘Shamu’ spotted once more in Zauba import sheet
The name of the next Nexus smartphone is still very much up for discussion, and even the tablet Nexus 9 is not 100% certain, but a recent import datasheet still shows the device as the Motorola Shamu – the suspected codename for the device.
Whilst it was originally believed to be called the Nexus 6, legal hurdles are reportedly causing Google to change the name of the yet-to-be released device to the Nexus X.
Whatever the name, the device is expected to be a high-end smartphone with a 5.2-inch screen at 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution, 3GB of RAM, 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805, and 32GB of internal storage. With specs that mean business, although the name Nexus 6 or Nexus X isn’t confirmed, it’s certainly going to be one heck of a device.
