As we should be surprised, Bluboo is readying a smartphone that has the look and feel of the iPhone X. Why not? It’s a pretty sexy design, right? If it’s as good at aping Apple as it has for Samsung and other Android players, it should be a solid all-around experience.
We’ve learned a few details for the Bluboo X thus far and it sounds like a compelling phone. Reportedly, the handset will pack a 5.99-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a front-facing camera with Face ID.
The rear of the Bluboo X figures to include a dual 21-megapixel Sony camera setup; a 5,500mAh battery should power things for a good 2-3 days.
Given the size of the screen and seemingly bezel-free design, the phone should be easy to hold and operate with one hand. We can see that there’s no fingerprint reader on the front and the press renders don’t show one on the back. Where might Bluboo include a fingerprint scanner? It’s hard to say for certain, but we’ve heard chatter of one on either the side or directly under the glass. Yes, it’s possible that Bluboo beats a few of the major players to market with another advancement in mobile tech. It certainly would not be the first time.
With 2018 breathing down our neck and the first details already surfacing for the Bluboo X, we probably won’t wait long for more information to arrive. Historically, they’ve been quick to release products ahead of competition; the flagship season is fast approaching so buckle up.
