HTC has released the source code for the G2, MyTouch 4G and the Verizon Droid Incredible today in their Developer Center. The developing community will probably be very happy with those, making a good and stable root possible much easier. Please note: The source of the G2 is not meant for the Desire Z. The G2 is running stock Froyo, while the Desire Z is creamed with HTC Sense.
HTC and SoundHound have announced a partnership which will see the music discovery application embedded on all future Android devices from HTC.

The Desire Z officially broke cover this morning, joining the Desire HD as part of HTC’s next big phone. If you’ve been following Android for the last couple of months, you’ll recognize the form factor as that of the upcoming G2 from T-Mobile. Physical resemblance aside, what’s going on inside the Desire Z?
