Amazfit has launched a special edition of GTR 4 this week. This is coming after the company launched the first version in September last year. The latest addition is dubbed Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition.

Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition design

According to GSMArena, Amazfit ensured the smartwatch shares most of the specs and features with the standard model. However, the design is different. Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition packs a 1.43” curved AMOLED screen and features an elegant crown made of 316L stainless steel. Its name is boldly written on it. Further, the crown is joined by a button that doesn’t look like that of its regular counterpart.

There’s a middle frame made of stainless steel, but the rear panel is made of glass-ceramic material. This limited edition is different from the standard version of the GTR 4 which comes with an aluminum alloy frame and high-gloss sprayed PC rear panel.

GTR 4 Limited Edition comes with Fluoroelastomer straps. These clearly look different from the standard edition straps. The straps are 22mm wide, and it comes with a classic pin buckle. There’s also an adjustable width of 150-215mm.

Other features of Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition

Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition is both thicker and heavier than the standard model. The good part is that it supports wireless magnetic charging. It comes with 475 mAh battery that takes up to two hours for it to be fully charged. The user could enjoy the battery power for two weeks in a typical usage scenario. Another good feature is that this latest version offers more endurance in battery saver mode. Both versions are advertised to last up to 50 days in clock mode.

It also connects to heart rate belts for multi-dimensional fitness data tracking. As can be seen, the differences between the standard edition and the limited edition are primarily cosmetic.
