AT&T today confirmed both pricing and exact launch details for one of their recently announced Samsung smartphone, the Galaxy Rugby Pro.  According to the carrier, the rugged Android 4.0 handset will only run $100 with a two-year service agreement when it arrives on Sunday, October 21.

Additional details for the phone include a 4-inch WVGA dispay, 5-megapixel camera, 8GB internal storage, and 4G LTE support.  Built with military-spec certification, the Galaxy Rugby Pro is equipped for EAS corporate email, enhanced push-to-talk, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
