AT&T has officially announced (via twitter) that they’ll be offering the Samsung Galaxy S II come October 2nd. Carrying the same price tag as Sprint’s version, the Epic 4G Touch, the phone will sell for $199.99 with a qualified two-year service agreement. A quick spec primer indicates the phone runs Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread with Samsung TouchWiz UI, and features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 8-megapixel camera, and 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
The tech gods have settled a longstanding feud. Google is returning the official YouTube app to Fire TV. In response, Amazon is opening Prime Video to Chromecasts and Android TV.
