Boost Mobile, one of the most well-known prepaid wireless services, is now offering the ZTE Speed, along with new Data Boost Plans.
The ZTE Speed features Android 4.4 KitKat, a 4.5-inch display, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 2,000mAH battery, Enhanced LTE, HD Voice, and Bluetooth 4.0.
Boost Mobile’s Data Boost Plans start at $35 a month. They do not feature annual contracts and no roaming charges are incurred while on Sprint’s 4G LTE Network. The plans replace its outgoing Monthly Unlimited Select Plans.
In comparison, both are nearly identical. Users receive unlimited talk, text, and data. However, for $5 less a month, each tier of the Data Boost Plan offers twice as much 3G/4G data as the outgoing model.
