Box for Android Updated, Now with QuickOffice Integration

If you’ve never used Box for Android, you’re really missing out. It’s a file organizer, and all your files are backed up online, much like Dropbox. You can share, browse, and add new files to your device, right from the app. The best part is that files aren’t just saved to that one device, they’re saved to your Box account. So when you log into Box on your Android tablet, or another Android device, all your saved information is right there.

The team behind Box for Android has just announced an update, which brings a new code base. They’ve also integrated with QuickOffice, making file editing even easier. Users can now rename, delete, and share files from the Box app, on any Android device (running Android 2.1+). This is sure to make quite a few people happy.

So, if you haven’t updated Box on your device(s) yet, you can do so by using the box below. Has anyone installed the update yet? What do you think? Drop a comment below!
