The Android world was all a’buzz with the Galaxy Nexus last week, due to the fact that a sales ban was put in place. Google and Samsung immediately began working together on a software fix to circumvent the ban, and it looks like we’ve got success… in a way.


Right now, you can head to the Google Play store and pick one up, but there’s one difference: you will now have to wait 2-3 weeks for the device to ship. Prior to the whole legal fiasco, your shipping was almost instant. While we’re not sure why these new GNex’s have to wait so long to ship, we assume it’s for software update purposes.
