We know it’s late, but you never know when something fun is going to happen. Well with Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 owners having their fun with Android Lollipop, it seems that the owners of the 2012 Nexus 7 can jump in now too. The factory image for Android 5.0 Lollipop seems to have leaked, and thanks to the night owls, you can now download the factory image.

We learned mid-last month that the original Nexus 7 tablet would be getting its’ taste of Android Lollipop, and luckily you’ll be able to make it happen sooner than was expected. Before installing, remember to make sure that the bootloader on your Nexus 7 is unlocked before trying to flash. Hit the link below and download the factory image for your Nexus 7 so you can get started, but be warned the servers may or may not be getting bottle-necked┬áby the time that you get to downloading, SO HURRY.
