Google+ for Android gets updated, brings new and improved UI

Google+ for Android received a pretty significant update today. The UI has been revamped to reflect the changes coming with the release of Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich. With ICS right around the corner, I’m expecting most of Google’s apps to receive the same treatment. The new update for Google+ also includes several bug fixes and overall improvements to make the app better than ever. Take a look what’s new in the latest version of Google+ for Android:

  • Completely new app and new visual design
  • Battery life improvements
  • Navigation and performance improvements
  • Significant notifications improvements
  • Brand new posting UI
  • Several bug fixes
  • Support for Google Apps users
  • Ability to sign out
  • Add people to a circle from circle profiles

Our favorite little social experiment continues to grow and improve and will only get better with time. To download the latest version of Google+ from the Android Market just follow the link below and you’ll be on your way to circle nirvana.
