Google Listen v1.1 Adds Google Reader Sync, Offline Availability

Google’s free podcast application, Listen, has been recently updated to version 1.1.  The most notable new feature is that subscriptions are stored by Google Reader in the “Listen Subscriptions” folder.  This means that users can manage their podcast subscriptions from their PC or web browser.  Naturally, everything synchronizes in the cloud between the Android app and the browser.

Other features and improvements in Listen v1.1 include the ability to set intervals for the app to fetch new items, voice input for searching, and offline availability for subscribed feeds.
