Google Voice app updated with better Android 4.0 integration

Google today announced a new version of their Google Voice application for Android handsets.  This v0.4.2.54 release sees the addition of two key features that center around Android 4.0 devices.  For starters, the app will now integrate with your handset’s dialing application so that you can better check missed calls and voice mails.  It is no longer quite so  tedious to toggle between visual voice mail and missed calls.  Additionally, the update also gives users the ability to slow down playback for messages.  This will be especially helpful in cases where one might leave a phone number, email address, or website as part of the message.

Download and install Google Voice for your Android 1.6 device and higher, including tablets.
