According to TalkAndroid, specs for the mid-range HTC A12 have been leaked by Upleaks. This is one month before its expected release at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada
The details include a 4.7-inch 720p display, a 64-bit, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor, an 8-megapixel camera on the back, a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, and a 2,100mAh non-removable battery.
The device will be shipped with Android 4.4.4 KitKat and HTC’s Sense 6.0 UI. However, as soon as the user activates his or her device, an update to Android 5.0 Lollipop will already be available to download.
The HTC A12 is expected to be released in the United States in February on the four major carriers.

It is almost similar to HTC one M8 in design so I would rather invest my money on Galaxy Note 4 rather than purchasing this crap from HTC. The best feature I like the most in Galaxy Note 4 is support faster charging with adaptive fast charger.
