According to the Wall Street Journal, Huawei is set to announce a new Android 2.2 powered phone this week. Those of you who follow Android closely know that Huawei is no stranger to the platform, having already released multiple devices. What’s so special about this phone? We’ll be watching the announcement closely as we’re fans of the Pulse and other Huawei phones. It’s not known where this phone will end up once it’s announced but WSJ says the device will be “highly competitive price-wise.”
