Huawei has begun pushing out its new Emotion UI for Chinese customers running Android 4.0 or higher, according to reports hitting the internet.  For anyone interested, the hardware maker has put together a website with features, details, download links, and FAQs. As of right now the only devices listed with availability are the Ascend P1E, Honor, and Ascend P1 (soon) however we expect to see all future models added over time.  That is provided they do not come preloaded with the Emotion UI.

We’re anxious to see if any U.S. models get the same treatment as Huawei has slowly pushed their foot through the door.  With custom widgets, navigation enhancements, profiles, smart triggers, cloud services, and other customization, Emotion UI seems like the sort of thing that hackers and modders will be all over.
