Looking for that Kongregate Arcade app we told you about yesterday?  You aren’t going to find it in the Android Market today.  It appears that Google has pulled the app from the market for violating the developer distribution agreement, but not before downloaded by tens of thousands of users.  Not to worry though, Kongregate is still making the game available as a direct download.  You can hit up their website to grab and install the app that starts out with over 300 free Flash-based games.

Here’s the part of the developer agreement that Kongregate is violating:

4.5 Non-Compete. You may not use the Market to distribute or make available any Product whose primary purpose is to facilitate the distribution of Products outside of the Market.
