A second generation LG G Flex smartphone will make its debut in January, reports Android Authority. According to a source close to the blog, the device will feature an HD plastic-based OLED display with a smaller form factor. Indeed, the so-called G G Flex 2 2 should also feature the self-healing coating found on the back of the current model. Unfortunately, there are no other details to share at this time. We might assume, or hope, rather, for an Android 5.0 experience with LG’s take on the UI.

CES 2015 gets underway on January 6 in Las Vegas; we’ll be on hand for any announcements.
