Motorola has announced their latest device, the Motorola Atrix HD. The device has been speculated on for a little while now, but now Moto has made it official. The device will be available in two colors: titanium and modern white. Motorola has made some changes to their standard UI, throwing on-screen Android 4.x buttons into the mix. We’re also looking at the standard Motorola use of Kevlar in the body.
As far as specs are concerned, here’s what we’re looking at:
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
- 4.5-inch 1280×720Â HD Colorboost display
- Gorilla Glass
- 8GB on-board storage, with expandable microSD card slot
- 1.5GHz dual-core processor
- 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording, 1.3MP front facing camera
- 1780mAh battery
- 1GB RAM
- LTE
There’s also talk about the device being “business ready”, stating that “government grade encryption” is in the mix, along with VPN to keep you hooked up to your office. There’s also webtop, with use of an HD dock, VGAÂ adapter, and a smart controller.
While Motorola did not say when we would see the Atrix HD, nor which carrier it would be on, the render shows AT&T branding… quite a give away.
