Verizon has dropped the price of the Droid Bionic this week, knocking $100 off the cost only three months after it made its debut.  The carrier is touting it as a holiday season promo price but we get the sense that it’s just not selling as well as other, newer models.  The price is now $199 with a two year service agreement, something we find much more fitting considering the Droid 4 and Galaxy Nexus are set to join the Droid RAZR as more powerful devices.  Of course, Amazon is currently offering the Droid Bionic for $119.99 with the same two-year contract.
