Samsung Galaxy A7

Samsung has been in and out of the news and rumor mill for sometime now. It has been mostly due to the slumping smartphone sales and their new ‘start from scratch’ design mentality. Today they are making the headlines with a leaked spec sheet of the upcoming Galaxy A7 from obtained by Sam Mobile.

The Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 have already been announced, but their bigger brother, the Galaxy A7 has been left out of the loop, until now. When a full spec list is leaked, it usually means an announcement is not too far ahead.

The Galaxy A7 will feature a 64-bit Exynos 5433 processor, 2,600 mAh battery, 16 GB of storage, and 2 GB of RAM on the internal side of things. The device will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box

On the outside, the A7 will have a compact chassis coming in with dimensions of 150 x 75 x 6.3 mm and weigh 150 grams. On that chassis will be a 13 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front camera, and a 1080p 5.5 inch display (401 ppi).

While the A7 is no Galaxy S6, it still has very respectable specs and should be a great device. The release date and announcement are to be determined, but once we find out, we’ll update you of course.
