OnePlus launched their ‘flagship killer’ of a device called the One earlier this year; ever since, their year has been full of ups and downs. They’ve had complaints about their customer service, faced criticism for their marketing ideas and invite system, had phones showing a yellowish hue on the One’s displays, and most recently ‘refurbishgate’. OnePlus has been accused of sending customers refurbished devices for their new purchases. Just yesterday (December 4th), OnePlus issued an official statement on their forums.
The response from OnePlus covers all seven accusations of customers receiving refurbished devices, debunking them all and backing their own responses with information to prove it. OnePlus goes in depth in their responses and definitely don’t want this to hurt their reputation anymore. The accusations range anywhere from customers receiving devices with dust and scratches on them, to device packaging being tampered/opened. The entire list of cases and responses can be seen on OnePlus’s official site.

I own one and I love it ; )
I had one. Mine was such a terrible Po’s with a yellow screen and buggy synaptic driver. My least favourite android so far.
