RunKeeper is a great weight tracking tool that lets you use your mobile phone and the website to keep track of your fitness.  There is a free standard app, and now, the PRO app is FREE for the month of January.  (Sources say that you can pick it up a day or two early for free, also.)

One of the biggest New Year’s Resolutions we have out there is to become more physically fit.  RunKeeper is a great tool for keeping us in check.


The features of the PRO version from your mobile phone lets you add in your:

  • Walking
  • Hiking
  • Downhill Skiing
  • Cross-Country Skiing
  • Snowboarding
  • Skating
  • Swimming
  • Mountain Biking
  • Wheelchair
  • Elliptical

There is also an “Other” box in case they weren’t thorough enough.  Basically, choose your activity type, then your workout type, whether you want a 20 minute easy workout, up to a couple mile run.  You can always customize a workout and tailor it to your needs.
