Samsung announced on Monday that another two models will join the family of Galaxy Tab 3 Â Android-powered tablets. As the headline implies we have 8-inch and 10.1-inch tablet models arriving globally later this month (June). Both models feature similar hardware however they do not offer identical internal specifications.
Standout features for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 include Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 8-inch (1280×800) display,  5-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet boasts 1.5GB RAM, comes in 16GB and 32GB storage capacities, and offers a 4550mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 details include Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Â a dual-core 1.6GHz processor, a 10.1-inch (1280×800) display, 3-megapixel rear camera, and 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter. With 1GB RAM, the tablet also comes in 16GB or 32GB options. Â The battery here is listed at 6800mAh.
Both offer microSD expansion options for up to 64GB of additional storage and a host of integrated Samsung apps and services. In an interesting change of pace, both of these tablets also feature physical buttons on the bottom edge, leading to a more phone-like navigation.

The specs are disappointing.. 1 Gig Ram for 10 inch tablet… is a fail.. Samsung just pull a Nokia in hardware specs
