The next release in the well-known SimCity series is available through the Google Play Store, as of December 8th.

The formula here remains unchanged: you are the mayor of your own city and can shape it at your own will by creating buildings, businesses, residential districts, and so forth. Nonetheless, this is all done in “3D-quality graphics” for mobile devices, making it “the most realistic city builder on mobile.”

EA also states in the description, “Pinch, zoom, and rotate 360 degrees as you manage your city on the go — both online and offline,” as if to reassure fans and potential customers that the company has learned from the infamous, always-online DRM, network-related issues of SimCity (2013 video game). The good reviews seem to echo that assertion so far.
