Toshiba today unveiled a new quad-core Android tablet that falls in line with the thin and sexy designs of the Excite series. Called the AT300, it runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and features a 10.1-inch LED backlit (1280×800) display, a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, and 5-megapixel rear camera.

The tablet will be available in two storage options, a 16GB model for £329 and 32GB edition priced at £379. Additional details for the AT300 include a front-facing 2-megapixel camera, 10-finger multi-touch support, micro-HDMI, all in a form factor that measures only 8.8mm thick.

There is no indication as when/if the AT300 will arrive in the United States as an Excite model however we might look for it later this summer. Toshiba expects to see it launch across the pond by the end of June.
