Samsung Galaxy Tab: Reviewed

After reading about the Samsung Galaxy Tab for what seemed like years (JK, it was only two months) I never thought it would come to the carriers much less to my house. I have owned the Archos and Augen versions of the mythical Android tablet and for my money, I believe Samsung got it right and all this without a proper tablet OS.

MyTouch 4G… An Inside Look [REVIEW]

T-Mobile fans and subscribers, I would wager to say that the majority of us are sporting something from the MyTouch series if we don't have the Nexus One. Personally, after the G1, I moved to the MyTouch 3G, then to the MT3G Slide, and now, I have had the opportunity to get my hands on the 4G (Originally to be called the MyTouch HD, remember?) I wanted to take a moment to give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. Remember, this is just one phone geek's opinion, but hey, I've used every phone in the MyTouch series, so I think I have some clo

Geocaching.com App is a Treasure of its Own (App Review)

I started dabbling in geocaching late last year as my son and I wanted something fun to do on days off. Being he was six at the time, he was only too eager to help daddy hunt down treasure in the real world. We bounced from one Android app to another, trying each out to see what we liked best. Due to memory limitations of my G1, I was constantly uninstalling applications and games to make room for new stuff. Couple that with a quick-draining battery and it was becoming tough to stay enthusiastic or spend much time in the field. Suffice it to say, we got out of the game for a few months. Then all of a sudden, last month's official Geocaching.com announcement put us right back on the hunt.
