We’ve covered BluBoo’s S8 a bit in the past – it’s similar in style to the Samsung Galaxy S8 (I know, surprising, right?), but at a fraction of the cost. Taking another cue from Samsung though, BluBoo is planning on releasing a second S8 model, dubbed the S8+. This upgraded version will be an incremental update, featuring a 6″, 18:9 SHARP display instead of the S8’s 5.7″ screen.
No word on the camera or processor, but we can confirm that the S8’s 4/64GB RAM/ROM will carry over to the S8+. Expect the S8+ to drop sometime in October, with a scaled down version of the S8 called the S8 Lite sometime in September. BluBoo is nothing if not ambitious, looking to make a splash in the phone market currently dominated by big names. Stay tuned, Android Guys.
