Oukitel K10 goes up for sale; here’s 10 things to know about the phone (Promoted)

This week finds Oukitel launching its latest smartphone, the K10. Packing a behemoth of a battery, the 11,000mAh power source is good for around five or more days of usage.

With the global pre-sale starting now, the device promises to kick a lot of ass. The specs are solid, the price is affordable, and the phone will outlast any other model you’ve used.

Below you’ll find a number of features to help you get a feel for the K10. How many? Why, ten of course. Additionally, you’ll also get an official unboxing from Oukitel as well.

Ten things to know about the Oukitel K10

First and foremost, the 11,000mAh SCUD battery and power saving software promise to deliver average users more than one week of usage.

No matter how big your phone battery is, the last thing you want to do is spend a long time charging it each day. The 5V/5A Type-C flash charger lets you juice up the K10’s 11,000mAh source in as little as 2 hours and 15 minutes. Remember spending more time doing that with a fraction of the capacity?

Keeping pace with the recent trend of bigger, slightly longer displays, the phone offers up an 18:9 aspect ratio. This means it’s easier than ever to hold and operate with one hand. Moreover, the prismatic curved screen, magnesium alloy frame, and real leather back make it a pleasure to use.

How big is the display? How about a whopping 6-inches? Yes, the full HD+ screen adopts an AUO brand screen to deliver brighter color and high color saturation to showcase your images, videos and games.

When it comes to performance, the Oukitel K10 boasts 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with 128GB expandable memory. Playing games, handling complex tasks, or hopping from one app to another should prove to be no problem with this much horsepower.

To complement that much memory and storage, the handset draws strength from a Helio P23 processor. With support for LPDDR4X RAM, 2K resolution, and dual 4G VoLTE/ViLTE, it’s all you need to blow through your tasks.

As for cameras, well, the K10 features four of them. That’s right, the rear packs a 21MP and 8MP setup while the front boasts a 13MP and 8MP dual-lens combo. Further, Oukitel has improved the software and effects to help deliver better shots in a variety of modes.

In the area of security and privacy, the phone utilizes Face ID and fingerprint unlocking. Whereas the latter has been around since the days of Android 6.0, the former is newer to the platform. Both are excellent ways to protect your data.

While many of the bigger phone makers have been using NFC, this is a first for Oukitel. The tech, as some of you already know, gives you the ability to control access, make payments, pass through metro gate, etc.

Even though it’s not the latest version of the operating system, the Android 7.1.1 release is the most stable version tested with the K10. Not to worry, though, because on the horizon is an 8.0 Oreo update.

Looking at the above ten features, which speaks to you most? The Oukitel K10 is now being sold at $249.99 whereas it will go up to $299.99 once it hits its normal availability. So, if this phone sounds like something you’d like, hop on it. Just make sure that it is compatible with your carrier first!
