Alcatel is announcing a trio of budget-friendly phones including the Alcatel 1S, Alcatel 3, Alcatel 3T, and the Alcatel 3T 10 tablet at MWC 2019.

Alcatel TCL debuts a new line of phones at Mobile World Congress, each with a slightly different configuration. Expected to launch in select markets starting in April, pricing ranges from around $150 to $225.
