Night of the Living Dead? No Wait, it’s Just Google TV…Or Is It?

[google-TV] It looks like there is at least one zombie for sale this holiday season, and I don't mean walking dead figurines. After Tech Crunch posted this article declaring GoogleTV was DOA (Dead on Arrival) I was surprised shocked to see nearly every android related site simply rehash the same sentiment. Almost nobody rebutted! It seemed at least to me that nobody even gave it any thought. Tech Crunch posted it and it was on the Internet so it must be fact ri

At least in their Google Sky Map application that is. Google is reporting on their mobile blog that they have now added a time travel feature to their star gazing app. A quote from the Google post:Have you ever wondered how the sky was back in 1900? How the sky looked when the Apollo 11 moon landing happened? Or what the sky will look like next Thursday night for your planned star-gazing trip? Today, the new version of Google Sky Map lets you time travel to see the sky at a specific date, past or future. Google Announcing a Gingerbread Nexus Two Soon?

To be honest, we don't know much about the new Google Phone, only the way it will be sold and a few rumors. Let's start with the facts:Google has learned from its first phone, the Nexus One. The phone was just fine, but the sales continued to disappoint. Of course the Big G wants to do it better this time and closed an exclusive deal with Carphone Warehouse. The first Nexus was available on one carrier only, Vodafone, and it just didn't work out. So they tried something new, being exclusively to one warehouse, Carphone Warehouse in this case. We'll see how this will end.And the rumor: As you could expect, this Nexus will probably be running the newest version of Android, Gingerbread, but didn't that seem a little logical to you?
