Download and install latest Google Play Store 5.0.38 APK (Material Design)

If I download this version manually, will I have to download Google Play Store manually again every time it gets an update, or it will update itself automatically?

This version (or possibly an earlier version) breaks the ability to link to a list of developer’s apps from within an app as recommended below. Correctly formatted links now go to a totally unrelated list of apps. Unfortunately, knowing Google this bug will persist for ages. http://developer.android.com/distribute/tools/promote/linking.html
