Icon Pack Featured Image Background 2

As so many of you know I’m seriously addicted to icons. I have been collecting them for years now and have been doing it long before smartphones came along. I’ve got a very large collection of icons of icon packs that you can use to customize your computer OS, and of course now a decent collection since I’ve been using Android.

With that being said, I find it important to share icon packs that I enjoy with each of you. However, I mainly share them with you to support the developers who make them. Those guys and girls put a ton of hours into their work and I feel it’s important that we support them. Sure, it can get expensive to do that if you’re like me who has well over 7,000 icon packs, but pack by pack it’s cheap. Spending a dollar or two to support a developer who does what they do is well worth it, and it only encourages them do it more. So if you can, pick up an icon pack or two out of this post and help support these folks.

That’s right, I’m going to show you some of the newest, hottest, most amazing icon packs in the Google Play Store today that you need to have installed on your mobile device. These icons packs will make your phone scream with pleasure and will get everyone asking; “What awesome icon pack is that you’re using?”

You can check out some of our older posts on this same subject here: Android Icons You Must Have as well as my other three editions of this post here: Icon Packs You Must Have(Round One) here: Icon Packs You Must Have(Round Two) here: Icon Packs You Must Have(Round Three) here: Icon Packs You Must Have(Round Four) and here: Icon Packs You Must Have(Round Five).

I’m sure you’re ready for me to quit rambling and to show you all the good stuff. So without further delay, let me show you some awesome icons that I feel are worthy for each and everyone of you to purchase, download and install on your phone to make it look totally kick ass.

Nano by Rezza Woran

Nano Icons Banner

Rezza Woran is a new and upcoming designer in the icon industry, but I have to admit that with his second icon pack, Nano, that he has hit a home run. Nano is something considerably different than most icon packs you’ll see out there today, and that is a good thing.

Nano is a square icon set with rounded corners, which of course seems to be a pretty familiar thing right now and I actually happen to like the majority of them that are like this. But Nano incorporates a bit more to the overall look and feel of the icon. You have the inner part that holds the app icon itself. Then in the top left and bottom corners you have what to me looks kind of like a small banner running around the corners to really set the entire icons off and make them stand out.

  • Unique Icon shaded style

Cirkify by CJames Designer

Cirkify Icon Banner

Cirkify by CJames Designer is something that we see a lot of, icons with a bit of long shadows. However, there’s a bit more to it than just a round set of icons with those long shadows that we’ve all grown accustom to seeing in a lot of icon packs over the past few months or so now.

As you can see, Cirkify has an inner circle where the app icon lies within the background. Then there’s a small outer ring, a few shades lighter than the app icon background, to make everything stand out and give it a bit of a dimensional look. Then of course you’ve got the long shadow. But what is really different about Cirkify is the fact that CJames uses some vivid colors for the icons, such as yellow, orange, bright blue and other colors. A very nice touch and definitely something I like to see.

  • HD Icon Pack and Wallpaper
  • Over 2,000 unique icons
  • Icon requests update every Wednesday
  • Quick support and direct relations with developer
