AT&T announced the Sony Tablet P for March 4th at $399.99 with a two-year service agreement, or $549.99 without a contract. The Honeycomb tablet featured a unique clamshell design with two 5.5-inch displays at 1024×480 resolution, a dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal storage expandable to 32GB via microSD, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
Data plan options with a two-year agreement were $35/3GB or $50/5GB. Prepaid options ranged from $14.99 for 250MB to $50 for 5GB.
