I don't know how many times that I have had intense debates/arguments with friends and family over song lyrics. Like many of you, I have the idiot savant ability to retain most of the song lyrics I have ever heard, and will fight to the death when someone questions my recall. Not so with the current major recording companies, as Engadget is reporting that someone has leaked that Google Music will be announced today at I/O, but as a cloud storage and streaming service rather than a subscription based offering. And the labels wonder why the continue to hemorrhage money. Read More »
